It consists of two hikes on two different trails, with a duration of two and a half hours for the first hike, followed by a buffet-style lunch (fruits, salad, juice, water, dessert, ham, and other snacks). The second hike lasts an hour and a half, leading to a waterfall, in the middle of a primary forest, with plenty of time to swim. There’s a total of three and a half hours at the station, and on the way back, there’s an explanation and a chance to look for some species in the mangrove area.
