From Uvita Day Tour to Corcovado San Pedrillo Stations
Corcovado National Park
Its location, climate features, the unpredictable nature of the soils, and its topography make it home to an amazing diversity of biological species. Because of the richness of the area, it has attracted interest from Costa Rican scientists and those from other countries for the development of research and scientific studies, as well as environmental education.
This tour is a full-day experience from approximately 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, departing from Uvita towards Corcovado with a boat trip of about an hour and a half. Upon arriving at Corcovado, San Pedrillo Station, we’ll have a snack before the first hike along the trail called El Pargo. This hike lasts approximately 2 hours. After finishing this trail, a picnic-style lunch will be served at San Pedrillo Station. If natural conditions (weather and time) allow, a second hike may take place on the trail called La Catarata or Marco Reyes. At the end, the return trip from Corcovado to Uvita begins no later than 2:00 pm, as weather and sea conditions (tides) may vary. – Be sure to book in advance due to limited capacity.
